Job Overview
Landscape Site Supervisors manage the delivery of landscaping projects — ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and to a high standard. From leading teams to ordering materials and liaising with clients, this is a key leadership role in the landscaping industry. While Site Foremen manage day-to-day crew operations, Supervisors take a broader view — overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating trades and timelines, and reporting to Project Managers or company leadership. This role is less tool-focused and more about big-picture planning, people management, and site accountability. It’s a hands-on leadership role that blends practical site knowledge with strong communication, tech-savvy coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Whether you’re overseeing a high-end residential garden or managing a multi-site commercial build, you’ll be the driving force behind safe, successful delivery.

Tasks & Duties
Coordinate day-to-day project operations to meet timeframes and budgets
Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Run pre-start meetings and ensure safe work practices
Interpret site plans and design documents accurately
Monitor work quality and provide clear direction on-site
Manage materials, equipment, and deliveries
Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders
Use mobile software or apps to track progress and report issues
Maintain records such as site diaries and compliance logs
Travel between job sites or oversee long-term projects
