Job Requirements

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with a focus on working efficiently alongside a crew
Hands-on experience executing softscape installations (turfing, planting, mulching, irrigation setup) and commercial landscape maintenance programs
Demonstrated experience towing, backing, and manoeuvring large work trailers loaded with equipment and materials
Experience operating, servicing, and maintaining commercial landscape tools and equipment
Trade qualification (e.g. Cert III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or Parks & Gardens) or equivalent practical experience in softscapes and maintenance
Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 20 kg, perform sustained outdoor manual labour, and operate power tools on varying site terrain
Must have the right to work in Australia
White Card
QLD Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
Manual driver's licence
Ability to clear a Police Check
Part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week initially; hours expected to grow to full-time within 3–6 months
