• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in landscape construction (for qualified positions)
• Proven ability to manage projects unsupervised
• Excellent work ethic, physical strength, and fitness
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Own reliable transport (job sites are across the Sunshine Coast)
