Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to delegate and assign tasks, be results driven and complete assigned projects within a designated timeline
• OH&S knowledge with the drive to maintain safe working practices
• Ability to interpret landscape plans, set out sites, determine levels etc
• Good organisation and communication skills with staff, managing trades & suppliers
• Great work ethic, ability to successfully lead and motivate a team of staff
• An eye for detail and pride in workmanship with solid honesty and self-motivation as a team player
• Current drivers license, own vehicle and associated construction safety tickets ie. truck and machine tickets are required
• Experience in Machinery operation and proven competency in all levels of softscape and hardscape including paving, retaining walls, drainage, concrete, irrigation, lighting and more
