Job Summary

Penfold Projects is hiring Site Supervisors and Landscape Tradespersons across Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast to manage landscaping construction sites, supervise teams, and handle materials and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar (highly regarded)
• Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specifications
• Efficient, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staff
• Reading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specifications
• Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
• Communicate effectively & efficiently in a professional manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
• Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
