• 2+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in the care and upkeep of a wide variety of plants, trees, and softscape elements
• Proficiency in the use of various landscaping tools and equipment
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques, and industry best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as needed
