Plantmark is seeking a customer-focused Sales and Service team member to join its Trade Market Nursery in Willawong, working Saturdays with potential for additional weekday shifts.

Requirements

• High level customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries
• Confident computer ability at intermediate standards
• Accountability for tasks with a sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail
• Positive work ethic with ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team
• Effective communicator across a varied group of individuals
• Passion for plants with knowledge of Botanical plant identification or horticulture experience (highly desirable)
• Ability to perform regular heavy lifting tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
