Job Summary

Reporting to the Trade Market Manager, the role involves hands on sales and customer service, along with plant consultation, scanning stock, processing payments and liaising with suppliers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Botanical plant ID and experience in horticulture.
• Customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries.
• Accountability for tasks with a sense of urgency and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team.
• Capable of regular heavy lifting tasks and working outside in all weather.
