GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator specialising in large-scale residential landscape construction projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an estimating role within landscaping or construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation
• High level of proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• CAD experience (highly regarded)
• Experience pricing large-scale residential or commercial projects (highly regarded)
• Understanding of construction sequencing and site processes (highly regarded)
